At our August meeting, we will host Legislative Director Maggie Garrett from Americans United for Separation of Church and State as we discuss issues in NJ ranging from taxpayer aid to houses of worship damaged by Hurricane Sandy, and marriage equality. Representatives from ACLU-NJ and Garden State Equality will also bring us up to date on the marriage equality lawsuit currently making its way through NJ courts.
