This spring, community organizations, LGBTQ+ state groups, faith communities and everyday individuals are organizing to respond when the U.S. Supreme Court issues its decision in the case of Masterpiece Cakeshop v. Colorado Civil Rights Commission. No matter how the court rules, join us at an event near you and stand with the 60% of Americans who agree that no business has the right to refuse service to lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender or queer people because of the owners religious beliefs.
We all agree that freedom of religion is one of our most fundamental rights as Americans. But that freedom does not give any of us the right to harm other people, to impose our beliefs on others, or to discriminate.

Watch the SCOTUSblog on DecisionDay.org; the earliest the case could be decided is May 21. Prepare for Decision Day by making two signs – one for celebration, the other for protest – depending on how the court decides. ON Decision Day, rally at 5:00pm at the North side of City Hall, Philadelphia, PA.
This is not “just about a cake.” A negative decision could mean that some businesses will be able to discriminate against members of the public that they perceive as being minorities who they refuse to serve.
On Decision Day, will we rally, or will we protest? Follow the Decision Day website and this Page to stay informed.
