DVAU South Jersey Group to host Muslim interfaith speaker Farhat Biviji, Tuesday March 15, 2016 12 noon at Katz JCC, Cherry Hill, NJ *SOLD OUT*

The DVAU/South Jersey Church & State Discussion Group will have a special meeting in March at the Katz JCC instead of Sakura Spring. Our speaker is Muslim interfaith leader Farhat Biviji. Her subject is Her subject is “Separation of Church and State: A Muslim Perspective – A Personal Perspective of Separation of Church and State.”

LOCATION: KATZ JEWISH COMMUNITY CENTER, 1301 Springdale Rd, Cherry Hill NJ. There is ample parking and wheelchair access. Check In at Front Desk to be directed to meeting room. ID may be required to enter.

A personal perspective of Separation of Church and State

Location: Katz Jewish Community Center, 1301 Springdale Road, Cherry Hill
Farhat Biviji is a founding member of the Catholic Muslim Commission of South Jersey, and a founding member and co-facilitator of the Jewish, Catholic, Muslim Dialogue of South Jersey.  These organizations are committed to building interfaith harmony and understanding in the greater area.  She has been a frequent guest speaker at local churches, synagogues and other faith organizations as well as the Rotary and Kiwanis Clubs.
If you opt to bring a “brown bag lunch please do not bring meat or shellfish into the JCC.  Dairy (which includes tuna salad, salmon, cheeses, yogurt , Fruits and Veggies would be appropriate.) Arrive early if you wish to purchase a snack in the JCC’s sandwich shop.

The Third Tuesday DVAU South Jersey discussion group will return to its lunch meeting at Sakura Spring on Route 70 East in Cherry Hill in April.
