We apologize, but we have canceled our summer social, as we work on more important issues such as stealth evangelism in our schools! The post below is incorrect. There will be no gathering.
Delaware Valley Americans United for Separation of Church and State will hold its Third Annual “Burgers and Beers for Barry Lynn’s Birthday” at the Midtown II Restaurant, 122 S 11th St, Philadelphia PA, on Friday July 20th starting at 7pm.
Join DVAU Chapter leaders and members for mid-year chapter wrap-up and a fun time having some church-state chit-chat over dinner and drinks (on your own). The Midtown II has a bar, a bakery, and a full diner menu. Ask for the Meetup group, we’ll have our own section of the restaurant.
July 20th is the birthday of Reverend Barry Lynn, the Executive Director of Americans United for Separation of Church and State. While he won’t be joining us for the party in his honor, we will still use the occasion to celebrate our First Amendment Freedoms and socialize with other members of the DVAU Chapter. Don’t miss it!
Contact DVAU Vice-President Janice Rael with any questions, email: email@example.com.
